GOAL: Design a housing community on a triangular site near the Jenni Rivera Memorial Park. 

PROPOSAL: Revival synthesizes the needs of the housinf crisis in California with the rich history of architecture and residency in the state. The use of mission-revival style combined with design elements from L.A.'s bungalow courts creates a residence grounded in the diverse need and culture of the Long Beach area.
