GOAL: Design a public visitor center for Liberty State Park's Flag Plaza that will last 100 years and respond to rising sea levels.

PROPOSAL: Ascension explores how architecture can enhance people's understanding of time through a series of  slowly rising exhibition spaces, glass spandrels in all spaces for viewers to see the water rise, and a roof system that guides visitors through the space.
